"I didn't have a great experience with this company. They are extremely difficult to communicate with . . . I had to call again and again before a reply; they are also slow to get a job done. It took five days to get a simple estimate. They did do some work for me . . the fence is fine, but the gate looks awful, like it was hammered together, the vinyl split rather awkwardly. I'm disappointed in the appearance of it. After seeing their estimate to do some additional work, I'm going to turn to someone else. That estimate is insane, just to have the headache of it all. The people themselves are very friendly, once you actually get hold of them. I think maybe they are in over their heads with business, and don't understand how important customer service is. And then there is that gate; my brother-in-law, a handyman, is going to fix it - he just shook his head and said it would have taken a simple few bolts to make it look better put together. As it is it looks bad... They will go over estimate too, since once the workmen got here they determined it couldn't be done the way they told me when it was estimated.. Oh well, lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend them."

"As previous reviewers have pointed out, Mario is up for most any job.  This was my primary reason for selecting him when I needed a variety of work done last month.  I was re-arranging my garage by disposing of some permanently installed cabinets, buying a steel shelf to replace them, moving other shelves and appliances around, and installing bike hangers.  I also needed all this junk plus a large sofa hauled to the local dump.  Mario met me at a local store to pick up the new shelves.  He took care of it all and also repaired the drywall in my bathroom skylight (which he noticed while he was working here).  I had him come out again later to clean all my windows and he did an excellent job (and worked around my schedule when I got off from work).  He re-routed a downspout for me to make it flow around a pad I had put in for our garbage cans and did a great job on that as well.  He definitely is the man to call when you have lots of jobs that need a variety of skills or just someone with a good work attitude. <br />"

"We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will."
