"Martin showed up at 9 a.m. as promised! He was professional, friendly, and pleasant while he worked. He and his assistant were here about an hour. During that time he removed the old ceiling fan, installed a new one with light kit, globes and bulbs, made sure it functioned correctly and cleaned up the trash, including wiping down the counter and bar that was under the fan. He also gave me an estimate on some security lights, went up in my attic, and gave me useful information on the electrical work I want done next. "Not very good. I chose this company because they advertised that they had received best in Waco award six years in a row. That sounded good to me, but when I called their business number I got an answering machine. I tried again a couple of days later with the same result. Third time I called I must have caught the guy off guard because he answered "Oh yes, I was just about to call you..." I described my project and asked if they could come out and take a look at my backyard. I didn't hear anything back for over a week, then the manager and one assistant came out. They looked around and the manager's comment was "This looks like a big job". I thought that was a very odd answer. Is that something bad? Don't you want to get paid to do a big job? Next thing I heard was that they needed to send a third person out to look since he would be involved too. "He will be out by the end of the week". That's the last thing I heard from them. It has now been two months and I have long since hired another company."
