They've been prompt and timely with the service.  The only possible complaint would be for things like aeration and fertilization which they did and significantly increased the bill for that month. However, I know these are needed.  During the heavy droughts, they didn't charge which is admirable.  The owners have been generally responsive if I have to speak with them. "

"SavATree lawn fertilization service so far has been excellent, but they are expensive compared with other local area lawn services. They performed a soil sample and provided the first crabgrass/fertilization treatment. The employees that I have dealt with David Kolb and Brian (don't know his last name) are knowledgeable, friendly, and have good customer service skills. I'm holding out on giving them a 5 star rating because it really takes a year to two years to see the results of a new lawn fertilization service, and we are just starting that process."

"We were also on their fertilizer and weed control. We changed because they had a little challenge on coordinating their fertilizer service with their lawn service.  They come out and do the fertilizer stuff, and then when you come out and mow the lawn, then you mess it up. There was more than once when there was reseeding as part of that process, and the dirt here is different, it is like clay. It is really important to do aeration and reseeding every year, and if you don't do that, the grass is not happy. There is no point of doing that if the lawn mower guy will come and suck up all your seeds while mowing the lawn. We did tell them, and they did come back and they redid it. That would have been fine, but they did it again. That is the only reason we didn't sign up with them. They are very proud that they use small lawn mowers which gives you the nice lines, and is supposedly better for your grass. They just needed to coordinate their mowing with their seeding."

The seed that they used must have been high quality seed because it is still doing well under the tree canopy. I would definitely recommend them.
