This job may seem a bit expensive but I ordered 2 higher end toilets and they had to deliver, install, and haul away old toilets. I have also hired them in the past to fix my water heater. All the technicians I’ve met are very professional and punctual! I will definitely hire for any future work!"

"We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."

"After placing a service call, Italo stopped by to service my heat pump that was not cooling. He walked me through each step of the way and explained what he was doing. Ended up replacing the capacitor and adding refrigerant. The amount paid was more than I had originally thought but I'm thinking it is probably on par with most other companies in the NOVA area. House is cooler already so no complaints. Hope this keeps up for the summer and future seasons."

"Jacob arrived promptly. We live in an older home and have a cast iron pipe that runs to the main drain area in the court. We had similar situation 12/2019. Industrial snake used and what was pulled out was heavy utility towels that we determined had been stupidly flushed down by contractors that had done work in the home. It was suggested at that time to send a camera down to be sure no other issue, but we thought we were okay after seeing the utility towles removed, water was running freely through the drain in the basement. Well, part II, we're here again 8/2020. This time clog closest to basement drain freed up quickly. Jacob suggested most efficient way is to perform a jet wash blowing any remaining debris further out from the house out of the pipe into the main drain area in the court and sending camera down to see what's up. We agreed. Camera pictures revealed scale throughout cast iron pipe with largest amount of buildup further away from the property just as pipe neared main drain area in the court. Descaling will be completed tomorrow. Could have been worse. Thankfully no tree roots or pipe fracture. The Pipe Doctor's jet wash price best compared to other plumbing companies neaby and overall cost is competitive. Although we have the descaling yet to be performed, I have no doubt based on previous performance and today's performance/outcome there will be no need for me to alter this evaluation. "Leti & Ernesto are the reasons why JP Plumbing Solutions LLC VA is awesome. This is our second service done with them. Our 20 year old water heater was broken and leaking badly. I called at 5 PM to schedule to an appointment with someone at JP Solutions. The lady mentioned someone needs to come to my house to give an exact estimate. Within 15 mins Leti and Ernesto called me back and was able to give me a fair price over the phone and assured me they will be able to install new heater next morning at 11 AM. I got a text message around 11 AM saying Ernesto is en route. He came with a commercial grade water heater to replace the old one. If you call JP Plumbing be sure to ask for Leti and Ernesto. "When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done. Thus saving me more money. I will definitely work with Woodbridge Plumbing in the future for their honest, professional, efficient work."

They fit us in to the schedule next day and came armed with everything needed for the repairs as well as the important papers needed to show proof on insurance and business /plumbing license etc. Our plumber was such a delight, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations!
