"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I don't normally write reviews, but the service we were provided through this company with Wyatt was so exceptional that I am writing this one. The receptionist was courteous, quick to understand our needs and to send someone out (Wyatt B) to work them. We were given a time-frame for his arrival, his name, and a text message with photo id 10 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, was curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and suggested several courses of action. There was no pressure to choose a particular course of action, just knowledgeable input, and questions and responses were given serious consideration. With the help of his apprentice, Milton, Wyatt was able to remove our old water heater (with great care and no damage at all to our stairs or walls), obtain and install our new one, all in one day. He carefully explained how to operate the new one, and what we need to do to maintain it. The faucets were inspected and fixed (bathroom) and our new kitchen faucet installed. All this in one day! They were careful to clean up what little mess the job made. We called with a question 4 days after the job was completed, and got a very quick response. Cannot say enough about the integrity, quality, and honesty of this worker and I think I can rightly say from his remarks, this company. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs. The price was in normal limits."

"We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."

He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable. The leak I had was directly under my house which is built on a concrete slab, so it was a tricky job. They had to run a whole new line from the water company meter to the middle of my house. I'd rate them A+."

"Atilio (owner) did work previously for our landlords at our rental home (installed gas range, installed kitchen sink). He came for an estimate within a day of the phone call, and provided an estimate via email within a couple of days. He came out on Saturday to cut drywall and prepare for the installation. He returned on Tuesday to complete the work - running the gas line from the basement (where the line enters the house for the furnace and water heater) to the kitchen and also to connect the lines for the fireplace. He also painted our exterior gas lines to make them look nicer (and less rusty). He returned again on Saturday once the stove had been delivered for the installation. Later on Saturday we called him again from a fireplace shop to get information about the line he had run (how many BTUs before we purchased a new burner mechanism) and he was very helpful, giving us advice to help save money on our gas bill. <br /> Atilio is a pleasure to work with and is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and we have been very satisfied with his work. <br />"

"The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the appropriate parts, and tested to ensure that the faucet was indeed fixed. My only real issue was that I thought it was somewhat expensive especially as since he was fixing the same problem for my next door neighbor. However, in all fairness, I did not have an appointment with the company (my neighbor sent him over to me) he used the parts I needed when he fixed my neighbor's problem and then had to go back to his shop to restock. Bottom Line: Excellent work and responsiveness, albeit a bit expensive."
