He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "Victor did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vents. He also cleaned behind the dryer itself which is very important! A lot of lint had accumulated over the last couple of years and he cleaned it till the inside of the vent piping looked silver and new. He cleaned it from the back of the dryer, the front of the dryer, all the way out to the exterior opening for the vent. He was on time, and he was efficient in completing the job. I would definitely use him again and I feel comfortable referring him to others."
