"The roof repair took place on a 3 story A-Frame single family dwelling in Northwood section of Philadelphia in October of 2021. The shingles were loose or missing. A vent pipe had a leaky seal. Water was entering the interior of the home and destroying the plaster walls, ceiling & wall paper. Alex looked a the job, gave a price and went to work. The job was completed on time in one day. The place was left clean. He is all business and is good at it. The reason I have waited 6 months to write a review is I wanted to see how his work would over-winter. Verdict - no leaks, plaster is dry and I will hire him again for another job."
