"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! "Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Their high costs included minimal pullouts. They all kept the same footprint prior to the remodeling, so I couldn't understand why they didn't look into refacing. The layout of my kitchen and the interior structure of my cabinets were fine. I initially had contact with CPOS through Tony, a co-owner, who professionally answered a lot of my questions about cabinet refacing in a trade show setting. I became motivated to learn more. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers. The CPOS team was wonderful to work with. They gave me my DREAM kitchen!"

"High praise for Brad and his team! What started out as a nightmare for me was saved by the day(s) by Brad and Tri-State Assembly. I ordered a ProForm treadmill that was delivered in January 2021. I could not get an appointment with their technician until April lst. I contacted Tr-iState and they were here within a few days. Unfortunately, the console was damaged and the assembly could not be completed. Brad followed up to see if the parts were delivered. They did not arrive until July. I contacted Brad, who told me he was on VACATION and would get back to me ASAP when he returned. He did just that. My assembly was completed on 7/10. Finally! Thank you Brad and team for your great work! I would recommend his team for any job you need. Very professional, thorough and precise.
