"Etmond reached out quickly after I inquired and then we were able to set up a time to review the projects. He did an exceptional job including tweaks to or replacement of our kitchen cupboards hinges, replacement of curtain rods with accompanying installation of blinds, and new door hardware and lock. He was friendly, reliable, professional and his pricing was very competitive. I definitely plan to hire him again and have already started preparing a future list of projects for the spring season. "Christopher is highly skilled and handled whatever came up throughout the whole job of renovating my 1850's home! From demolition to reconstruction, he covered it all! He is always punctual, used top quality materials, knows how to do brick work, builds beautiful custom doors, does everything else in between and is very competitively priced! I am so happy I found Christopher to do my job, it made life much easier dealing with one person rather than many different contractors. Thank you Christopher!"

Not only did he do a fantastic, clean job with the gas line and appliance installation, but he also handled the necessary extra electrical work to connect it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and ensured everything was up to code and working perfectly. Highly recommend!"

"He did a beautiful job and he is very fair. He is very professional, and he has attention to detail."

"Sam set an example for how all other contractors should be. We all know how hard it can be to find a good contractor, especially in Albany. After searching for some time and starting to get down, I found Sam on HomeAdvisor and became optimistic because of the two existing excellent reviews. I called Sam and was greeted with absolute friendliness. Sam quoted me a very fair price soon after I provided him details of what needed to be done, and he agreed to come at a time very convenient for me that was very soon after my request. He arrived on-time for the job, with a smile and a friendly greeting. My comfort level, already very high from the phone call, was even higher after meeting him. Sam came very prepared with a huge toolbox, and he set right to work. He efficiently completed a perfect job repairing the connection of a door in my home to its holder. All of my interaction with him was very positive and enjoyable. I cannot say I hope for more things in my home break, but when they inevitably do, I look forward to seeing Sam again. Thank you, Sam."
