"Project took 5 plus weeks. 5 to 6 men were on site most days. Lost some time because of rain. Dan landis and his team were hard working and very easy to work with. We had a number of additions as the project progressed.. Lester, the foreman, did an excellent job in leading his men. Dan landis did much of the required specialized jobs <br /> <br />I wish Dan and his team used masks for all their stone cutting work and that they had a large wet saw to cut down on dust. <br /> <br />Pathway along one side of patio finished with stone dust may need further attention because of softness and surface shifting. <br />Dan l is aware of concern We are very pleased with how the project was executed and would recommend Landiis to our friends and neighbors <br />"

"First off, let me say that Teressa in the office is fantastic. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and always answers the phone during business hours. When I called outside of business hours she returned my calls promptly. She made scheduling the work easy. <br /> I asked the owner come over and look at a couple of trees to take down and over the course of a week I ended up taking 12 down in order to clean up the yard and open up space for a pool and for the kids to play. Cranebrook came over on July 1 and went right to work at 7:45am and worked hard until almost 5pm. They don't waste any time, don't stand around and joke, smoke etc... they work hard all day. They are very efficient too. It seems like everyone knows what to do and where to be so when a piece of wood gets cut, someone picks it up and puts it in the shedder immediately. They have great equipment and can knock down lots of trees quickly and clean them up quickly as well. No one stood around at all. They all worked and knew what to do so they could get a lot done. They seemed very well trained. <br /> I was so happy at the end of the first day that I asked them to come back when they had time and wanted 5 more trees taken down and stumps ground. They were able to come the very next day and again did a tremendous job. We had 1 tree that must have been 7 feet around. It was huge, next to a fence, next to the house and in power lines, they were able to take down the tree without hitting the fence or anything else and ground the stump down so it looked like it was never there. <br /> I called around to other companies before I settled with Cranebrook and originally I picked them because of the price and because Teressa always returned calls. I'm glad I did because I don't believe anyone could do a better job than they did plus their service was excellent and they had the best prices. <br /> Don't go to anyone else. Call Cranebrook, you'll be very satisfied. <br /> <br />"

"We asked Russ for an estimate to remove a buried 500 gallon propane tank from our front yard.  Within hours he stopped by to look at what had to be done, gave us an estimate, returned with a load of soil for backfill, and began work.  Before the day ended, he had unearthed the tank, back filled the hole, and completely contoured the area.  When he left, the yard looked better than when he arrived. <br /> <br /> Russ was easy to work with, kept his word on availability and cost, and was extremely personable.  We have already agreed to have him return in the spring for some additional landscaping work and would recommend him without reservation."
