"After an initial quote was agreed upon he (Zak) started on 5/24/25 on front porch which took awhile due to weather. It was completed 6/5/25. He (Zak) started on back porch/deck 6/5/25 and upon another inspection found 1 deck board the needed to be replaced. He continued working sanding the deck and did remove the 1 board to be replaced. After a few hours he said he was done for the day. He later sends a text and ask to pay the $124.34 for deck screws and board. All I asked was for to see receipt of material for the board. That resulted in him (Zak) telling me that’s a good price and it could and will be more if I do agree and pay this amount ($124.34). He also said that he thought that was a “**** good price”. I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way and the whole conversation is better told in text messages. All I want now is for someone else other than this (Zak) to just complete the job according to original contract."

Mr. Tony was efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. He promised that the job would be completed in two days, and it was. Houston County (where we live) does not require an inspection on a completed Roof replacement, and this was a concern for us. My husband and I hired an independent Home Inspector to inspect the final completed Roofing job done by AmTech Roofing. The inspector found no fault in the work performed by this company. In addition, we were not asked to provide any money upfront (as some companies demanded) before the job was completed and inspected. We are so pleased with the quality of work performed by this company that I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Roof replaced on their home. This company also replaced the Roof on my husband's work shop, and again, it was another job well done."
