They were above and beyond what others said in Angie's Listl When they couldn't come the day I wanted, the receptionist called me back and said she had gotten permission from the owner to bring in another service man so they could accommodate my request. The day of the cleaning, he was running late and I got a phone call to that affect. No problem. He came in about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, looked at the area needing cleaning and got to work. When he was finished I commented that it looked good, but freshly cleaned, still damp carpet always looks good. Was I wrong! Two weekends later, I am still amazed at how well he cleaned the carpet! <br /> On top if this, I received a thank you note from the owner expressing his gratitude for my business.
