"I was given the option of several colors of architectural shingles. The owner and project manager even got matching roof vents and and drip edge so it gave the new roof more of a completed look. Most roofers just use galvanized drip edge and it really stands out. During the work, there were a couple of minor issues. However, Mr. Edgar, Ms. Brittney, and Mr. Carlos were all very quick to get the problems fixed and make sure the project was done to my satisfaction. The roof was replaced one day, including clean up and removal of debris. I have had a leaking roof for several months that ruined new dry wall work and now I'm shocked that there is no water when it rains!! I have had my roof replaced before and it has never been this simple! Even with the other problems, it was still the best experience I have ever had. Additionally, there was an Angie's list coupon for 5% off that the company was not aware of, but they honored it anyway. "Representative from Specs Roofing showed up the day after he was scheduled and failed to call me on the originally agreed upon day to let me know that he was coming the next day.  Having said this, he did show up following a bad weather day (original day) and performed the services we had agreed upon over the phone.  The rep. was cordial and got right to work on the agreed upon tasks.  It took him a little over two hours to complete the work and he disposed of all leaves and debris in the wetlands below my home as agreed upon.  I'd say, overall this was a very good experience; above "good," but not quite at Excellent because of the failure to call me to let me know he was going to be delayed.  I would not hesitate to recommend Specs Roofing for any gutter or roof cleaning. <br />"

"I will hire Morales Roofing & Stucco after watching them do the roof on the house next to me in which they did an outstanding job. Mr. Morales immediately looked at my roof and his people were very prompt at giving me a quote. When I talked to him about the roof and how he put it on he definitely did not cut corners. I watched his roofers and they came out when they said they were going to come out and worked all day to finish the roof next door. They nailed the shingles and didn't staple them. They did an excellent job and that's the reason why I'm going to ask for another quote and hire Mr. Morales."

"When I initially hired these guys to clean my gutters and downspouts, and do some minor repairs, as a one off, they did a decent job, and for a relatively good price. I signed a contract with them for multiple cleanings the following year. They didn't do a very good job, and didn't even unclog multiple downspouts. They informed me that 2 of my downspouts needed to be replaced, and they could not clean them. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay for the new downspouts, and they put them in for me, but they didn't do all the work they discussed with me, in great detail, and it took them a couple months. It has been about 4 months since I first tried to get an explanation of why they didn't clean my downspouts in the first place. Just an ok experience."
