"This started out as a one time cleaning. Tori has incredible positive energy. We did a walk through and she quoted me a price which I accepted. She got right to work. She was very efficient and never stopped. It became clear to me that the job was tougher than what a quick walk through revealed. I offered to adjust the fee. Tori said no since she had already quoted an agreed upon price. She showed real integrity! She did a great job! The question is, would I hire her again. We are now scheduled out to the end of July. Would have scheduled further but my schedule still wasn't settled that far ahead. It was a very pleasant experience with a great outcome. I was going to attach a picture of a sink and faucet. It has not looked this good since it was installed 40 years ago! Unfortunately the file was too large."

I specialize in real estate cleaning and foreclosure cleanouts.\n Both are specialized services often needed by property owners, real estate agents, or banks when dealing with properties that need to be cleaned and cleared out after a foreclosure. Here's an overview of each service:\n\nReal Estate Cleaning\nReal estate cleaning refers to the thorough cleaning of a property that is being prepared for sale, rent, or after the previous tenants have moved out. It typically includes:\n\nDeep Cleaning: Cleaning floors, windows, walls, and all surfaces.\nCarpet and Floor Care: Steam cleaning carpets or refinishing hardwood floors.\nKitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Sanitizing all appliances, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.\nExterior Cleaning: Pressure washing the outside of the home or property.\nStaging Prep: Ensuring the home is spotless and visually appealing for potential buyers.\nForeclosure Cleanouts\nForeclosure cleanouts involve clearing out and cleaning up a property after it has been foreclosed upon, typically by a bank or lender. These cleanouts are often more intensive due to the condition of the property. The process may include:\n\nRemoval of Personal Items: Disposing of belongings left behind by the previous owner or tenant.\nJunk Removal: Removing trash, old furniture, broken appliances, or other debris.\nHazardous Materials Removal: Addressing any hazardous waste or materials left behind, like mold, old paint, or chemicals.\nRepairs and Restoration: Minor repairs may be necessary to get the property back in saleable condition.\nCleaning and Sanitizing: A thorough cleaning of the entire property, often including mold removal, deodorization, and sanitizing of surfaces.\nBoth services help make properties more marketable and presentable, whether for resale, renting, or new occupants.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Clinton, ME

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
