"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."

"We discovered a burst pipe and gushing water after very cold conditions on the Friday afternoon before New Year's weekend. Called Randy blind from the Home Advisor list after finding two other firms unavailable due to the holiday. (Vanmar reviews are excellent, and here is another.) On the next (Saturday) morn, he dropped everything and arrived about an hour after getting our call. He knew exactly what to do, actually helped us move water-damaged contents from the area, pulled down the damaged drywall from the ceiling, and proceeded to repair the pipe very quickly. Our problem was fixed and water running properly within an hour or so after he arrived. Fabulous and very reasonable fee! He also performs handyman work so we plan to call Vanmar back for more work as needed."

"On Friday october 11 Aspen came out to perform a check up and tune up on my furnace. I bought the 69 coupon through Angies list. it was during this check up that I found out I had a crack in my heating element and my furnace had to be shut off. A representative came out that same day and went over the options for replacements. It turns out they had a special going on and I was able to get an extremely top of the line system I which included an Amanda system with a hepa filter, humidifier, uv light and a heat pump. So both my furnace and ac unit got replaced. They came out on Tuesday while I was at work and when I got home that evening they were finishing up.they were very professional, polite and cleaned up before they left. The unit works great and I no longer have hot or cold spots, the house is now an even temperature. They also included a comfort care plan where they come out twice a year and get your furnace ready for winter and your ac ready for summer. I definitely got my money's worth
