"Good to work with on the front end and one reason I chose them over another company was Zac said they could start in 2-3 weeks. After they got a deposit in July it took over 8 weeks to get started. Had several weeks of "it should be any day now". Finished work in Oct. after first snow. Good work and reasonable price but dont have high expectations on them doing the work when they say. Other roofers said it would be 6-8 weeks as I didn't start getting bids until June. Maybe if you get a bid in March or April they will do it in the summer. Better yet make them commit to a "work complete no later than" date in the contract. All roofers I talked to wanted a significant deposit up front and there seems to be more demand than supply. Might request deposit be returned if work is not in progress by a week or two before completion date. I wanted to leave the will hire again box blank and just let you read my review, but it was required I check one. Since I shouldn't need a roof again for decades and this wasn't a great experience I checked no. The only real reason I wont hire a contractor again is if they do poor work and/or charge too much. Otherwise I try to to be flexible for skilled trades in demand."

"There were two gals. They arrived on time, and spent about 2.5 hours on the windows. The outside windows had not been done for about ten years, and when they were finished, everything was perfect. They removed all the water deposits etc. from the outside. They were friendly and professional, careful with our furnishings and left no messes. <br />"

"The service was professional from start to finish.  Our first contact brought an immediate response.  We set an appointment to check our roof and were given two bids using two different materials.  The two choices were well explained to so we felt comfortable in making our decision.  At no time did we feel pressured to choose Rhino for the job.  They explained their service and let us make a decision. We were given a date as to when we could expect the work to be preformed and that date was met.  The crew working our our home was courteous and pleasant.  They cleaned up the job site at the end and left the job with all left over materials and waste removed.  I don't expect to need a new roof in the near or far future but if we did I would certainly call Rhino again.  We are happy with our decision to use them and feel comfortable recommending them to others. <hr />"

"These guys do not mess around!! They come ready to work!! They came in on the first day and removed/trucked away all existing chain link fence. They then proceeded to dig new holes and prep the area. They erected temporary barrier fence so that our dogs could still use the back yard. On the 2nd day, they set and pored concrete on all posts. On the 3rd day, they installed the fence and gates. Amazing speed and quality work. <br /> The project mgr. Kale even made contact with me to say he was not pleased with how one of the gates looked and said he wished to order a new one to allow better closed gaps and privacy (he took the words right out of my mouth and I didn't have to mention it)-it is clear that they want to be satisfied with the job as much as the customer would! These guys left a clean site after construction and were very responsive to any questions we had. <br /> I hired this company at the recommendation of a good friend who had previously used them for the fence at his new house. The recommendation was 'spot on'. <br /> Be advised, if you attempt to call the business number and get not answer, it is due to their being out on job sites. If you leave a message or email, they WILL get back to you. <br />"
