It could have been an oversight.</p> <p>The top deck was only painted were a stand up and push brush would reach. I have had my nephew{11} start to finish it. He was here a total of about 61/2-7 hours. He did not furnish the materials or paint. He did use his own nails to replace 4 bad boards. $625.00 seems high. </p> <p>He was due to arrive on April 21. He called at 11am to tell me he had to take his dog to. the vet. The next day he arrived at 11am to tell me he has too much work to do and that he would return the next day.</p> <p>On the 23 he arrived at 8am . I had an appointment he said that was OK that he would be there . I called my mother about 2:30. "<p>we bought a wrought iron door of Authentic Iron, to use as a dog gate on our laundry room on our previous property, the price included coming out, measuring & installing the finished gate which came powdered coated. We sold that property & took the wrought iron gate with us to the new property, unfortunately the door way on the laundry room of the new property was narrower than the last so we called Authentic Iron. Kelly arrived at the arranged time, measured the doorway & gave me a price to reduce the gate & refit it. As we only wanted a quote he didn't bring the transportation to take the door & said he could do it on site at the end of the week, I suggested that if I dropped it off would that be better & Kelly said that it would expedite the job, I dropped it off at Authentic iron the next day, Kelly said as it was previously powder coated we may see the new join but they would do their best to disguise it. Well from the time Kelly came to quote on the Monday the door was ready to be hanged on the Friday, so Authentic Iron came out & rehung the reduced door in the new laundry room. The finished job is amazing, the door just looks like it did in our old property & the join is virtually non existent to the bystander, I have no hesitation in recommending Kelly & Authentic Iron for any of your wrought iron or metal work projects, even though they are based in Bladenboro they cover the Fayetteville area.</p> <p>                          </p> <p>        </p> <br />"

"Excellent company to hire for any type of project. they did a outstanding job on my fence made sure the ground was leveled out before installing and made sure that the post had extra cement in them to protect from wind damage. Company was on time and very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hired them again."
