It was a large job and turned out perfectly - we’re extremely happy with the results. Prior to work starting, Nick provided an itemized list of everything and answered all questions we had along with providing some good advice and recommendations. On installation day they arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up when finished. Everything went perfectly and even the inspector complimented the work and said it was among the best he's seen. Nick and his team are complete professionals in every aspect, you can count on them to do a great job. We’ll be using Luminous again for any future electrical work and highly recommend them."

"Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no."

"The entire process, from beginning to end, was flawless.  On the phone, I always dealt with Melissa.  She coordinated the entire job.  Melissa set up my appointments, secured the necessary permits, and addressed all my concerns as we went along.  All the workers were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional.  Hanlet (the plumber), Steve(the electrician), and Hans who did a final inspection and startup were excellent.  They answered all my questions as they proceeded doing their individual jobs.  Their work was very neat, clean, and finished in a timely fashion. <br /> Excellent operation.......happy we selected them!!! <br /> <br />"

"I had the good fortune of meeting Gregg from Firefly Landscape Lighting several weeks ago. He is a teacher who loves spending time outdoors when not at school. I had Kicher outdoor lights installed last year. From the first day, I had issues with lights being lighter and darker than each other and others going out completely. Gregg met me at exactly 7am as promised so I could leave for work on time. He was able to tell me within several minutes what was wrong with the system and what he needed to do to get it working. Gregg seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave me what seemed to be a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have him fix the system that day. I left for work and he called me several hours later that the system was fixed and it was. I am only sorry that I did not know Gregg at the beginning of the project so that he could have helped with design, fixture selection and installation. I am sure it would have come out much better."

I went to turned on the hose and I got shocked. We called the electric company and they said it wasn't damage. It was like Sunday at 4:45 afternoon, I saw Melichar Electric ltd on Angie's list. His business was near my house. He answered and he came right away. He fixed everything for us right away."

I called a couple of electricians but was really impressed by Seidel. The gentleman that met with me was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. "They contacted me for scheduling after I had purchased the deal and it was really good. The technician was very professional, neat, and wore booties over his shoes when in my house. I ended up paying an additional $100 for the work. Instead of basing the time that the technician was there, they base it upon the time they have already assigned for lighting installation jobs. One technician came out for the work and was there for about an hour and a half. Most of time was spent analyzing the job and writing out an estimate and pitching having them re-do my entire electrical system. The job of installing and replacing the lighting fixtures did not take long at all. I had thought that I wouldn’t even use the full $299 included in the deal for the work. They did a professional job on the work and the lights work fine."
