"Dealing with North Star was a fabulous experience. We felt fully satisfied starting from the Owner Jason coming to quote the work to finishing the work, including a fence that had to be redone after another contractor. He not only quoted the total, but also provided the amount for each project separately (drainage using 4-6" rocks for a hillside patio, installing vinyl fence, installing wooden railing by steps down the hill) . He even picked up some needed material from the store. The Jason worked along side his coworkers who were all very professional as well. North Star's customer service was very warm and friendly. There is plenty of snow and ice at this time outside, so, I will provide some pics when the ground clears. I was having trouble with my landscape lights and the person on the phone coached me through a few things to check before they sent someone out, and we were able to fix it right on the spot. Very nice of them as it got my problem fixed and I didn't have to pay $125+ just to have someone come out to make an easy fix. Another company I called was going to charge me $199 just to come look at it and then pay more to fix it. Plus the woman on the phone was so nice and friendly and genuinely wanted to help me.
