My only criticism is at the time I was paying him he tried to ask for a higher price saying that he made a mistake with his quote although he accepted the price which he originally quoted. I did ask him twice when setting up the appointment about the original quote snd he said that the amount was correct. It was a little upsetting to have that conversation at the time of the dumpster delivery"

Chris replaced the affected portion of the subfloor, re-installed the flooring, and replaced the wax seal and other fittings on the toilet (to fix the leak) all in a day's work! I would most definitely recommend him and will be calling him back for other jobs."
