The project supervisor seemed to have no concept of customer service regarding scheduling. We had our house in disarray for over two months, had to accommodate over nine separate visits for partial and incomplete work. I feel completely disappointed and disrespected and just plain sad that I gave this company over $70,000 for such a horrific experience. "
