"In the beginning, it was fine. The price quoted for trees was in my budget. All seemed well. I asked him if he could do the grinding of the stumps. He said yes. The price would be 300.00. I asked if that included the removal of the remainder of what the stumps provided. He said yes. I was put on his schedule to do but they showed up and I didn't know till my neighbor told me. I talked to Mike and asked if they could goodwill the additional money needed of 500.00 as he knew my budget was tight. He ranked with his partner and they said no. So my backyard looks like a war happened. So if I'm such a valued customer he said. Why wouldn't you goodwill that for one???"

"I will say that in getting quotes prior to choosing J. Dugan, one quote was up to 10,000 (yes that's dollars) more than what I finally paid. I found Justin and his team professional and hard workers. I started out wanting the 2 downed trees cut and stumped but after their quote I decided to add 3 more trees be cut down and stumped. "I used Anji to locate a tree service professional. I worked with M & G Professional Tree Services (980)989-9977. I contacted them and two other companies on Thursday who came out and provided me a quote to remove two 25 year old trees. They gave me the best quote so on Friday I contacted them to schedule the work. They came on Saturday with a crew of 5 people. In 2 1/2 hours they removed three, not two trees, including the stump grinding. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the yard perfectly. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. With their speed in this hot weather, I even tipped them an extra $100 and it only cost me a total of $1250. Highly recommended! Bob"
