"In the beginning, it was fine. The price quoted for trees was in my budget. All seemed well. I asked him if he could do the grinding of the stumps. He said yes. The price would be 300.00. I asked if that included the removal of the remainder of what the stumps provided. He said yes. I was put on his schedule to do but they showed up and I didn't know till my neighbor told me. I talked to Mike and asked if they could goodwill the additional money needed of 500.00 as he knew my budget was tight. He ranked with his partner and they said no. So my backyard looks like a war happened. So if I'm such a valued customer he said. Why wouldn't you goodwill that for one???"

"I worked with them twice in both times were amazing. I originally hired them to trim some branches but I had a very big tree fall while I was at work so I called them and they cut and cleaned everything that was in the road and in my neighbor's yard, looked like it never even happened. They came back later on and trimmed up the original branches. Great service, friendly people, and great prices. After that they did some work for my dad as well and he was extremely happy. If you have any kind of tree needs I highly recommend giving them a call!"

"I will say that in getting quotes prior to choosing J. Dugan, one quote was up to 10,000 (yes that's dollars) more than what I finally paid. I found Justin and his team professional and hard workers. I started out wanting the 2 downed trees cut and stumped but after their quote I decided to add 3 more trees be cut down and stumped.
