Many balked at the RFP. I said you are going to want me to sign your contract with lots of small print. This RFP spells out exactly what I'm looking for. I insisted on proof of Liability & Worker Comp Insurance, and licensing. I verified each with the State. I insisted on 3-4 addresses previously roofed to verify. I wanted Ridge & O'Hagin roof vents, & a solar attic fan. Waterproof Roofing modified the contract to reflect the changes requested. They tore off old roof, cleaned up and hauled away debris, and installed the roof exactly how I expected. Sal is one of the best roofer I've ever worked with. I recommend Waterproof, especially for Realtors looking for a reasonable & professional Install. I'm going to use them on my next project. "

The project was done timely as promised, and greatly improved the appearance of the house in addition to the protection provided by the replacement shingles.
