I consider a one-month turnaround between my request and the actual work to be a little slow.  The work was scheduled for the morning of March 15. <br /> The workers arrived right on time.  They appeared to be well qualified and were able to get to all parts of the tree needing pruning.  The had a chipper/shredder and so disposed of the trimmed branches.  They did a fine cleanup of the lawn and sidewalk under the tree.  I am happy with their work. <br />"

"They are very accommodating. If a tenant has a problem they come out and they take care of the inside. Mostly they go around the outside of the complex. They get rid of ants, spiders or roaches or other pests. Sometimes, there are wasp nests and so forth. But, occasionally there is a problem inside, not too often. They take care of what needs to be done and they take care of it quickly. They are pretty good at what they do. The quality of their service is very good."

"Prompt bid, prompt date set for job, good cleanup and came back to remove three metal bars that been placed deep in the ground (long ago) for cable supports  for the deodar. That became a pesky task, but Tim handled it with graciousness. Tim was also prompt in responding to calls or txt msgs. The price was a little steep, but it was worth it to have a recommended company with a license and insurance- which they promptly showed me.  The crew worked so quickly I missed seeing the tree's fall, but a neighbor told me how carefully the "well-trained" crew stopped traffic on the street and how accurately the cutting team dropped the tree right where planned on the shoulder without harming a nearby equally huge tree. Yes, I plan to use them again.  So will my neighbor. <br />"
