"Chad and his team did a great job. Neat operation turning concrete into what looks like a rock/stone edging colored to meet the customer's preference. Prevents weeds and grass from growing through unlike regular rocks."

The crew was polite, on time, professional, detail oriented, and responsive to questions and feedback. We are very pleased with the final result and the quality of the craftsmanship. "I have been waiting four years to find someone I trusted to replace our windows. We had used another popular local company several years ago to replace a few of the windows but wasn't quite satisfied with the installation. Rich came out and walked the project with me several times and went over what we wanted. He also sent out Junior and Mario Oros, the meticulous craftsmen in charge of the project. We wanted architectural steel siding for one whole side of our home, and the balance LP Siding. No one in this area I had spoken with had experience with installing it. Junior and Mario were interested, and had to learn how to install it. They met with the rep from Denver, and proceeded to plan the project exactly as we wanted it. We structured it as two separate projects; the windows first, then the siding. There were a few structural changes we made while planning the windows, and the guys went with it and did a fantastic job. They finished the windows and had them painted - something no other local window installer does. After the windows were installed we had window shades installed, and the installer commented on how square the window frames were and how rare that was. The Oros team of Junior, Mario, Martika, Jason and Isaac are all honest, easy to get along with people. They were a pleasure to have around for the three months it took to get this project done. I would highly recommend them."

"ReThink completed our project amazingly. We had ReThink remodel half of our main floor. We turned an office and unused “front room” space into a perfect master suit. Our very unique home offered many challenges that the ReThink team was able to effectively work through and problem solve. They completed our project on time and within budget. The attention to detail exemplifies their professionalism and creates a beautiful product that they, and we, can be proud of. Their focus on customer satisfaction is evident in their performance and in their communication. We would definitely ask them to complete other projects!"

"<strong>Excellent job! </strong>Matt, the boss/designer, is a <strong>true pro </strong>-- he took my initial plan and turned it into an attractive and functional addition to our home. One of my motivations in choosing him from among three other bidders was the <strong>professionalism of his design;</strong> yes, it was created on computer, but it was completely labeled, with elevations plus a 3-D rendition and a materials list. None of his competitors went to that trouble. <br /> His crew ({"Vic" and assistant) were <strong>amazing craftsmen</strong>. To accommodate a tree trunk, they shaped the top railing of the deck without damaging either the tree or the overall aesthetic of the design--it seems to flow! <br /> The major part of the project was completed in less than a week. Powder-coating the window-well grates took another week. <br /> The crew was <strong>meticulous</strong> in maintaining a clean work site; every day, they cleared away tools and debris (they parked a dumpster in front of the house). Despite the daily rain showers, they managed to put in 7-8 hour days, making quick work of my project. They were pleasant, cheerful, and courteous. <br /> The only possible criticism I could muster is that on Labor Day, two crew guys showed up to finish the below-deck screening. It was a surprise, given the holiday, but since we were anxious to have the job finished, I let them go ahead. When I mentioned it to Matt, he apologized profusely and said he would remind his crew about calling first. <br /> Because the existing concrete stoop leading from the kitchen door was badly deteriorated, I decided to eliminate that access from the deck; unfortunately, the concrete (dating from 1957) could not be entirely removed (see my review for Flat & Fancy Concrete). Matt and I devised a method of screening off the underside of the deck area; not only did this hide and unattractive mound of concrete, it provided a useful new storage area for garden tools, supplies, etc. <br /> The deck is composite material, and the guys who assembled the deck and put on the finishing touches did a splendid job. The guy who did the final painting of framework made a special trip to Home Depot to get a customized color match! <br /> After the recoated grills were put in place, there was a slight discrepancy in level--the grates were not flush against the floor of the deck. One call to Matt and the problem was resolved by day's end. <br /> <strong>BOTTOM LINE</strong>: if you need a deck, call Matt at New Creations! I'm only sorry I don't have need of another deck. Perhaps a gazebo? <br /> <br />"

"I believe that this company does very good work, However, I was finding it very difficult to find someone to do this repair, since it's a high roof. This company was easy to work with, however, I feel that I was probably overcharged because they knew that I needed the repair pretty desperately, and I couldn't find someone to do the work. <br />"

"While we ultimately didn't use Cut Above for this project (through no fault of theirs), I will absolutely use them in the future based on the experience with them I've had so far."
