Apex replaced the gutter boards closing up the entry space. They then put up new seamless gutters. This completely solved our problem. They also repaired a fracture in the vinyl siding on our front porch, putting up new siding on the entire porch to ensure that there was no noticeable difference due to aging - looks great. He gave me a great estimate on replacing our roof as well as a big balcony we have. I must have had extremely bad luck with contractors in the past, because I usually walk away feeling cheated. But this was by far my best experience with any contractor ever, and it left me feeling satisfied that someone was friendly, passionate about their job, knew what he was doing, and that he was absolutely fair with the estimates he gave me.  I also still cannot believe he took the time to teach me what he did! This experience was extremely pleasant, informative, and did I mention, he didn't even charge me for the many things he did! I highly recommend JPR as I will be using them for everything in the future!
