The team provided options and we selected what we thought was best for us, there was no up-selling or pressure. We had gotten estimates from 3 companies, and felt the NAVCO price was fair and reasonable. On the day of install, they brought a large crew and the work was done quickly and neatly. They cleaned up as they went along and before they left, sweeping up any debris and wiping down the installed windows. While he was on the roof, he noticed rain diverters that were improperly installed and could potentially cause damage and he noticed shingles that had been damaged by a tree limb. His price for the repair for all these problems was fair and reasonable. He returned my calls on time and came to make the repairs when he said he would. It took him several hours to complete the work and he provided me pictures of the completed repairs. The second story roof is a place I will never see. I appreciated the pictures.
