"I called Caleb and he was here within an hour. He performed energency repairs. As soon as the adjuster sent his report a crew was sent out and the wall was completed in two days.  The crew did beautiful work and were polite hard working and left the area neat and clean. I would highly recomend them. <br />"

"Tucson Professional Landscape did an excellent job extending our driveway with pavers. They had done one half of our circular driveway a couple years ago and now we wanted to complete the circle. The transition from old to new is transparent. We can't tell the difference between the old and new parts! Eddie Lamdan is our contact and he did an excellent job at designing the shape and keeping within our budget. He added curves in the transitions between driveway and sidewalk that look great."

"I did contact them via Angie's List. The gentleman finally came out about a month or so later after I found them and initially contacted them over Angie's List, I guess my request for a consult got lost. He was very professional. They sent someone out to do a price quote and the price they quoted me was basically $450 for a month or for a year to keep the lawn maintained and stuff like that. Keep the weeds controlled, the whole bit. I know the amount discussed was $450 but I can't remember if that was monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. The estimate was free, I paid nothing for the estimate, they did not charge for the estimate. The gentleman came out and he asked me what I wanted specifically what my landscaping needs were. I said this is what I need basically someone to do lawn maintenance and we discussed back and fourth what they provided, what they didn't do or what additional services they could provide if necessary or I requested them That was discussed I was given a written estimate that was good for I think 3 months at the time but I Can't remember if the quote given to me at that price was as I said, for a month, or quarterly. I'm living on like a quarter of an acre lot. They were the only one that was local to me that I contacted. The price based on the fact that they don't have any competitors around here locally I would have to say B. Based on the estimate I would say a solid B for quality without any competition I haven't much experiencer to compare them to anybody else."

"<p>First of all, being new to this process, we got great advice on structural and design questions from the two Kathys. The plumber and his crew did a terrific job taking care of the unexpected problems, including replacing piping out to the street. The electrical crew and the carpenter did wonderful jobs rewiringthe rooms and installing cupboards and drawers and a new door for the bathroom. The tile person and his crew did a beautiful job in all three rooms. We had to make a change in our kitchen floor plans, and Interior Trends handled that process patiently and professionally. Nick the site supervisor was always very patient in addressing our questions and concerns, and all the crews were friendly. As the work progressed, cleanup was ongoing, for which we were grateful. Both projects (bathrooms and kitchen) were finished on time, and if more time was needed (e.g., for plumbing issues), we were given clear information as to the time and cost. We also had Interior Trends re-gravel our driveway and clean old tile grout. In summary, we are very happy with the work done and highly recommend Interior Trends. </p>"

"hey also had a shop to purchase the tile needed for the job so we picked out the tile and the grouting.  It was a one stop pretty much because they had a store to pick out the tiling we wanted done and then they did the work. Looks real good in the shower. They came and did the tiling  and it was done quickly and politely. They were on time, did not take any longer than proposed. No problems at all. It was the same price as another tiler we looked into, but this company was recommended by Water and Drain Works, who'd done our plumbing. They regularly do business with them."

"Best construction experience ever. At first blush their bid was high compared to comps. But reviewing it I saw that is was just more complete. Included every little detail, where other bids were incomplete and would have cost the same in the end. Just trying to reduce their bids to get the job. Cimarron even bid things they knew would happen that were not in our plans. Very thorough, detailed and accurate. No extras once the job started because they foresaw everything. Someone was here everyday making progress. Everyone was helpful and asked questions where needed and listened to input. Quality in everything they did. Best flagstone installation I have even seen, and it is a big area. It was on time on budget and came out better than expectation. Stood behind the work and followed up on any issues. Would recommend Cimarron without reservation. It is beautiful. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Cochise, AZ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
