"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

They were very nice about it and took care of that one task right away. It is great to have a business simply help with yard clean up and trimming. "Jorge and his helper arrived 10 minutes early to their scheduled time. They both spoke with me about my list and what was the most important to get done. Before starting in the hedge Jorge explained that it would look verybare once it was taken so far down. I agreed that was the result and gave the OK to trim that much. They checked with me twice as the hedge was trimmed to ensure it met my expectations. They cleared out a medium sized pile of brush from an earlier tree trimming project done by others. They cleaned up several large drifts of fallen leaves. For a reasonable additional price they hauled away the leaves, trimmings and branches. There was time left to have them dig out two small volunteer trees that were not desired. I was impressed enough by both Jorge's work ethic and his communication style to ask him to design and bid on an upcoming landscape project in the back yard.

"At first I was concerned because and the supervisor started telling me about the extra charges if they went over time. I have had some problems with landscape service providers where we live. My concerns were unnecessary. The men worked rapidly, were complete with their work, and responded positively to our request. My wife added a request to my list and they providers did the extra work with no complaints. We were very happy with their work and would certainly recommend their services."

"I contacted the company and had a list of what needed to done. I knew the cost was $45 an hour, and I estimated the work could be finished in 1 or 2 hours at a maximum. The company sent two workers, instead of just one. I didn't expect at all. I didn't hear that I'd need two people, especially since I gave the list of what needed to be done. They was supposed to be here at 1pm, and the boss called to say they were running behind. He said they would arrive between 2-3pm. They called at 3:07pm to say they were lost, and and arrived at 3:20pm. When he presented the bill, they said that they arrived at 3pm, but they did not. They arrived at 3:20. After two hours, the men left, and claimed that all the work was done. All of the work on the list, including the pantry door, were supposedly fixed. Later that night, I went to slide the door and it didn't work. When they gave the receipt it said I owed $192.60. He said to me, it was $45 dollars an hour, but it was for two guys, for two hours each. This is very frustrating. When I called the owner, and explained the work, I didn't hear that he was going to send two people. He insisted that it had to be two guys, and they both have to paid equally. The job was done, but it was not done well. The pantry door still isn't sliding very well. Can't open it with out damaged the top of the door. i was trusting that it would be fine, but it's not. When you're working with a company or purchasing offers on Angie's List you need to know how many people are coming and what the price is per person. You want to be very clear with what your getting. For instance, I didn't hear that it was $45 per person, per hour. I didn't hear him when he said he would be sending two men."

"I recommend them! Lobo are professional and quick. They offered a no hassle quote, they came and did the work after offering a quote. They take cash or check for payment. All in, from posting on angi to completion of the project, was less than a week! They removed one tree that had died, removed everything that was there. They also trimmed up one tree and removed another bush. We were able to get prices for all three items individually if we wanted to do any one by itself, but decided to do them all together. I would hire again for any service they offer!"
