They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over.
