When their quote came in above the other bids I got, Jim worked with me to get to a price that we could both agree on - I was willing to not go with the lowest bid because I knew the quality of what I would get from Freedom would be higher. Construction was a bit delayed because of weather, but the team was great and the owner Steve came by to meet me the first day and returned the second to inspect the job. The fence looks great!"

Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service!
