We had asked for options to paint the soffits and fascia, pool deck, and shed. In their proposal, they broke out the costs for the options as requested, which we in turn, had them include everything. We liked the fact that both Larry and Gary did the initial site visit to develop their proposal, as it is always better to talk directly to the people who will be doing the work.
