"October is not a good month to need a new roof in Wenatchee. Contractors are extremely busy trying to get as much work done as they can before the weather turns. When I needed help after a big windstorm, Matt Voorhies from Icon Roofing drove all the way over from Spokane within a few days of my call. He gave me a good idea of what needed to be done to not only repair the damage but to bring the roof up to the codes that had changed since the house was built. Roofs are expensive. Insurance companies don’t like parting with money. The adjuster didn’t do much for me. I told Matt what the adjuster had said. Matt told me to hang on and let him talk with the guy again. The end result was my insurance kicking in over a grand more than they had initially wanted to give me. The crew got to work within a couple weeks. It took two-and-a-half days to replace the roof, and the guys worked the last few hours in falling snow. Given the weather, I was actually a bit surprised that they managed to clean everything up as well as they did. The new roof looks great! I feel a whole lot better about the upcoming winter. I would definitely do business with Icon and Matt again!"

Communication was great & our roof looks excellent & very quality work. The job was started on time and crew worked tirelessly 12-14 hours per day to get it done fast & efficient. Not only does our roof look excellent but the crew was very respectful of the property…our belongings and protecting the existing landscaping around the perimeter of the house (which is a lot). They kept their work supplies orderly and kept the property cleaned up through the course of the entire job and at job completion did a resweep to make sure nails and other items were not left. "Because there was so much damage throughout the region from the windstorm, especially due to falling trees, I had an extremely difficult time trying to get any roofing company to come take a look and give me an estimate for repairs on this rental property. Everyone was swamped for months. And priority was given to roofs that needed complete replacing, vs. partial repairs. Finally, Jimmy's Roofing agreed to come take a look. Unbeknownst to me, a contractor friend who had heard me talking about my frustration, had decided to help out, and had come and done part of the repairs just before Charles, a Jimmy's Roofing employee, come by to provide an estimate. I'd imagine Charles might have been unhappy to take the time to come by only to find most of the work done. But instead, he called me not only to let me know, but to pass on some information about part of the work that still needed to be done (although most was complete, some shingles still needed to be replaced and some dented edges of the roof also hadn't been fixed). This was very minor, not something Jimmy's would have expected to get involved in -- but Charles was still kind enough to take the time to let me know that he had come by, and noticed these repairs still incomplete --and thought I might want to know. I appreciated this extra effort so much! If ever I need another roof repair or a replacement in the future, I will definitely contact Jimmy's first because Charles made such a good impression on me!"

"My mom needed her gutters cleaned and Stacy promptly called back and setup the date to come clean them out. They found some shingles and roofing issues that needed to get fixed as well as adding an additional downspout for the gutters (they have one for the whole house). We appreciated that he recommended them being fixed to make sure the roof doesn't leak."

"Eric and his crew did a great job replaceing the roofing on both my house and garage. They actually did the job while I was out of town. He communicated well and I was pleased with the job. A few of the plants next the house and garage took a beating which it sounded like they would avoid when I discussed this with Eric before I left and I found a few nails and pieces of old roofing in my lawn that I had to remove while mowing after I got home. Clean up and attention to foliage close to the working site could have been a little better but I would use this company again and hope to have them re-side my house within the next year or two. I also thought the cost was very reasonable.
