"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

"Excellent Customer Service, Sales, Installation and Repair!!!! Highly recommend their services. We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."

Nevertheless, the contractor was able to make an appointment the same day I called them and started the job next day. In two days everything was done. And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
