"Unreliable! I have a cardiac issue and cannot shovel per md orders. I hired Jerry to remove snow from my property. We agreed on $60 per event. The day of the 1st snow event, at the last minute he insisted on $80, so I reluctantly paid the $80. With our recent massive snow storm approaching, I texted Jerry and said if he was busy he could put my snow removal off for the next day. The next day came and went. Late that night he texted saying his snowblower broke but would be out the next day to shovel me out. I waited all day. No call or text. I ended up doing it myself. Thanks for nothing ! Do not hire this guy! "

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."

"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

"Frangioso is simply the best. We had a tiny project; we were looking for a quartz remnant for a bathroom vanity countertop and they treated us as if we were purchasing ten times that amount. They went out of their way to meet us when they weren’t technically open, walked us through numerous remnants (they had a great selection) and perfectly installed the countertop. I’m a perfectionist and couldn’t find fault with anything. What amazing service and quality in craftsmanship."

"I emphatically urge you to avoid Richard Kumpel (RBK Enterprises). My partner and I hired Richard for a gut-reno of our home. We are currently in the process of taking Richard to court. He disappeared several months ago, with work still incomplete and with over $20,000 of our money, which we had pre-paid him for that work. We have also discovered that Richard violated code in several instances and we are in the process of filling a complaint with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety against his contractor license."
