"I called Alex on Tuesday to plant trees in an area of the back yard that had clay soil and rocks stumps and other stuff hindering the project of a diy job. He came quoted the job. We hired him he gave me a fair price for the obstacles, and planted them thursday that same week. Responsive and did a great job. His crew also waited for me to come outside and make sure I liked where the plantings were going b4 proceeding. It was a great experience since we called him last minute to put the plants in felt he treated us like we were already his customer and did weekly maintenance. Highly recommend."

"We hired Aaliyah Landscaping to address the overgrown bushes in front of our home, which had become an obstruction to accessing the front door, and we also needed access behind the bushes on either side to repair siding around the windows that tends to loosen during windy conditions. These bushes had deteriorated over the past several years, appearing half-dead and exhibiting signs of disease. Therefore they needed a massive cut, shaping and clipping removal. "They came first over for a quote and inspection of access to our back yard. I was advised that my cement walkway may be damaged by the weight of their equipment which was fine since I am planning on having it replaced. The day of, they arrived promptly around noon time with a large truck and a 6 man crew. They quickly began to work and nearly finished the job by sundown. Since it was 4 large trees, they had to come back in the morning to complete the task. They removed all debris and grinned the stumps."

"The two man team (3 hours) showed up on time as promised. First they told me that the labor didn't include the tools (eg blower etc) but when I told them I confirmed with the office person in advance this was included they brought their tools out. Don't know what the purpose of this move was. Overall the service was great, the two people they sent worked very hard (it was a hot day, very hot) and did a great job but I noticed towards the end of the job about 30 mins before they were already winding down as they also needed to cleanup. Overall very pleased with the price and the service and great people who serviced our landscape"

"We have a locust tree in our backyard, the branches of which were so overgrown they were damaging roofing and storm windows on the house. I called Sunshine and Marcos came down the next day to inspect the tree. He advised trimming branches all around the house, pointing to 2 extremely large branches that needed removal, and also removing 4 dead pine trees against our backyard fence, the largest of which had its roots lifted out of the ground during superstorm Sandy and, as Marcos correctly pointed out, was leaning against the branches of the large locust tree. His crew came down the next day to do the job. For the most part they were clean and professional, however when our neighbor requested that one branch that was growing into his yard be removed, which I believed was one of the larger branches that Marcos had pointed out for removal, his worker stated that that branch was not in the job description and would cost extra to remove. When we asked how much extra, he said he didn't know, the guy that would know was working on the roof, and we never did get a price for that extra branch. Also, some other smaller branches closer to the other side of the house from the large branch I felt weren't trimmed far enough away from the house. All in all, I would describe the job as okay, the crew was clean and removed the worst offending branches, but it could have been a lot better. A message I left on the company's voicemail after the job was completed was never returned.
