Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"We have been having a problem with pigeons hanging around all day on/under our solar panels. I originally had a handyman who was going to install mesh around the edges of the panels and yesterday (the day he was supposed to come) found out he didn't have insurance/license so I canceled. I then went into a Zoom meeting and heard the darn pigeons cooing and fluttering all over the roof and got so upset. They were super clean - blew out my gutters, blew everything out from under the solar panels, and made sure to blow the porch and front of my house to remove any debris. I had peace of mind that they were licensed and insured. Today I am happy to announce, I have not heard ONE PIGEON!
