"Ray St Clair Roofing evaluated the situation. They inspected the roof and determined the problem was likely due to some issues with the ridge vent from a dormer. A detailed estimate was prepared. After our approval they repaired the problem which required installing new ridge caps and repairing a vent flange and storm collar. They replaced a few damaged shingles matching the color of the old shingles. About one week later the company sent a roof inspector to check on quality of the repair. Very professional and courteous. Great job! Reasonable price."

"We had Justin, the field supervisor, out for 2 separate water leak issues. The first of these issues had been a window water leak where the roof line and an odd placed window meets. This leak was ongoing for 4+ years and 4 other separate roofing/siding/window companies had tried their 'fix' without fixing the issue. Justin easily spotted the trouble area and repaired a 4+ year long ordeal within an hour. We have had multiple hard rains since and no more leak! We called him a second time for a different roof leak. He found an issue with how the shingles were laid down where 2 roof lines meet. He did a simple repair to the roof shingles and we are hopeful that this will solve the issue. We will definitely be using Sherriff-Goslin Roofing for any future roofing needs. "The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"
