The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. "Was quoted to remove debris and do a low pressure wash on the roof. When tech showed up I showed him the area with my biggest concern. He started most of it should come off . The debris was blown all over my deck and shrubs which isn’t a huge issue. The low pressure washing didn’t include any cleaner just a rinse that a hard rain could duplicate. Half way through the job I get a call with them wanting an additional $1600 to actually clean the roof claim my 5 year old metal roof is oxidized. When I compare I was basically told that’s all you get for the money."

Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy!
