He described in detail what he would do to complete the job. He would sand the old paint off, remove all loose paint chips until the railings were smooth to accept the new coats of paint. He recommended Direct to Metal (DTM) paint advising it was much better than rust oleum paint. I did my research and read the same thing so we went with the DTM paint and I’m glad we did. Richard put three coats of paint, was meticulous in his process, very neat and carefully planned. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly to deal with. The job exceeded my expectations. I will use Richard and Best for Less the next time a pint project comes up."

So I recontacted Usman to add additional ventilation to my roof and he was out the next day to talk about my needs and give me an estimate.
