My only criticism is the bill he left for me after the second time he mowed the grass. It would help if the name and address were printed clearly on the bill. I couldn't make out the street name. No phone number anywhere on the bill. I went to the HomeAdvisor website and the address there was Valley Lane. Their website I found for the business listed the street name as Galli Lane. I found a business card he left me from the first time they mowed my grass. That had the street name as Galli Lane, So my payment will be sent there."

"They don't tell you that they only mow on the first visit. They did not edge or trim the area around the fence. It had rained for days and it was obvious that it needed to be done. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement."
