"Joe and his team did a great job! They explained everything thoroughly and was patient with all of the questions that we had. They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. Everything looks great and I expect it all to last for years! I highly recommend them!"

Adam met with us several times to get an idea of what we were looking for and to discuss details of timing/options/cost for the job. He responded quickly to phone calls/texts, and didn't let any planning/details go until he was sure that my wife and I were on the same page with him. "We are happy with the work they have done, but had to call a few times to see when they would actually be out to do the work (the date was pushed back a few times due to their other projects and/or weather). Also, I would recommend making sure your quote is specific in detailing the areas to be covered in the work. We assumed certain areas were covered in the quote but they were not completed. After speaking with Jim, he has agreed to complete those areas as well (though we are not sure when this will actually be done)."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
