"Ed Marino of Emerald Concrete Llc, came out for free estimate in 2 days after first contact, measured, discussed the sizing, number of steps, and type of finish for the deteriorating existing porch and steps to the front door that had a wooden ramp installed over it by previous owner that also needed to be removed. He gave me a detailed estimate outlining the project, that fit my budget and time frame for completion. It was completed in 2 days, tear out, leveling and framing, with porch roof braces removed and walkable on 3rd day.
