I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "Overall, pretty good. Their bid was middle of the range and they did give a bit (5%) off of their original bid. The materials were delivered to the front lawn the day before (without prepayment) and tear off and installation was done on one Saturday. The job itself seems to be done well, tho annoyingly none of the workers spoke English. Clean up was also good. The only reason I withhold a star is that it took them quite a bit longer to get to the job than initially estimated. It's true that some of that was weather related, but I had to call them repeatedly for updates. Payment was only required after the job was done."
