We also upgraded to the less costly bulbs that cost a little more upfront but use far less electricity over a much longer life span. Several bulbs were defective and suffered a premature demise, but Touchstone promptly returned to replace them with no additional costs. "The overhead and recessed light problems were readily fixed; the home theater problem was not a major electrical problem and was fixed by resetting a system surge protector; the four smoke alarms did need to be replaced. Resolution required two separate visits, one to assess issues and the second to install bulbs and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms after obtained. Steve was the electrician both times and he did a very good job - he was professional yet friendly and worked efficiently and quickly. I was very pleased overall."
