"Owner was able to fit me in on short notice. He sent Weston and Bryan out to the house to do the cleaning. Both did excellent work! The company is a bit more expensive for the services rendered than others I have used, but after today I would never consider hiring anyone else. They were well worth the few extra dollars I spent. One more thing to add. I have used many house and window cleaners over the years. With all of them I felt like I had to go over there work and point out areas that were missed or not done well. "CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. "The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. <br /> The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day  day because of rain. <br /> A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found <br /> that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. <br /> All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor. <br />"
