"Avi's and his crew were exceptional with their customer service and craftsmanship. As an example to how Avi treats his customers, Avi called me Saturday night to say he would be over at 8:30 Sunday morning to tarp my roof knowing there was a 30% chance of rain on Monday. Note, I did not have to call Avi...he called me to let me know he was coming over to protect my home. Avi was always available for communication. When he wasn't on-site working with his crew, he would ALWAYS be available via text and cell phone. Avi was also professional when having to adjust his work around 3 other Contractors installing insulation, ducts and electrical work. There was always full cooperation and the project went smoothly. Avi and his crew paid close attention to getting my new flat roof to drain properly and after a recent rain, I went up on my roof just to admire how well the water found its way to the drains. His work work was exception and if I ever had another roof project, I would call Avi without hesitation."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"Our experience with Ray O. Cook went very well!! Our HVAC system was the original when the house was built over 40 years ago. My husband's excellent Do it Yourself skills allowed him to maintain it and keep it running all these years. We received estimates from 5 different companies. Although the other salesman/estimators were good, Paul was the best. He explained all our options more thoroughly than the others and his recommendations for installing the HVAC system for our needs and house size made the most sense. The price was very reasonable and fair. The installers, Willy and Rick T were awesome. They both worked professionally and took the time to answer any questions either one of us had with the install process. They also did an excellent cleanup job. Erick, the install manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The insulation was put in by Sierra Wes, a company Ray O Cook contracts with and they did a great job also. Lastly, the Ray O.
