"They didn't bring their own vacuum to clean up dead bugs plus had me remove mattress out of house with live bugs still on it, which spread bugs to downstairs area. Think they should have covered mattress first. I made my own dry ice traps that I researched on Internet and caught a lot after they treated bedroom. I kept finding bugs and kept calling telling them to come treat room again. After the first few treatment perma pest wouldn't return my calls. Finally with another treatment from another pest control company and my dry ice traps we are finally bug free."
