"Nick is very helpful and always so kind addressing all my needs and concerns. I would recommend him and Bulward to anyone needing pest control for sure."

"This business is very responsive to our needs regarding the control of rodents on our property!"

"They sent Alex Moser to inspect and treat the issue. We’ve had different pest control companies over the years in previous houses and Alex was far and away the best we’ve ever met. He was professional, patient, and clearly knew his information inside and out. He answered all our questions and behaved as if we were the only customer he had that day. So many companies seem focused on transactions and fast revenue, our experience today was the opposite - it felt like they actually cared about us as customers. Eastside Exterminators are family owned and it felt like it. We’ve decided to hire them for regular service based purely on how Alex showed up."

"We tried this provider twice to trap a number of moles wreaking havoc on our property. Both times (over the course of 8 weeks) they caught only 1 of the moles. We continued having mole problems throughout the service period and afterwards.

"The tech came out, did a thorough inspection, and fixed the problem areas he noted on the same visit. He was very professional, explained exactly what they would do to solve the rodent problem, and answered all my questions. Although it is still early in the process, his level of expertise makes me feel confident that they will be able to get the issue under control."
