"Over the course of figuring this termite thing out I dealt with five Plunkett's employees, and they were fantastic. Professional, punctual, and thorough. They went over the house with a fine-toothed comb looking for live termite activity (found two locations) and installed a Sentricon bait system. They were very good communicators and explained everything they were doing and looking for. (I ask a lot of questions.)
