"I had 5 ceiling fans installed. His installation process was extremely quick and efficient. He also fixed an outlet issue that I had in my living room on the spot. Would definitely use him again for any other future electrical projects."

"J&M Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a home backup generator. When the gentleman came out to do the onsite inspection and provide me with the results and options, it was a no pressure sales approach. He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed."

"I had wiring completed for a new ceiling fan, the installation of the fan, and about 15 switches replaced. They were responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend Electric Solutions of Richmond and will use them in the future if I have other electrical needs."

"Got my Tesla EV wall connector installed. They were on time, professional, and affordable."

"They were hired to fix open electrical junction boxes in the attic. They covered most of the problem areas but missed a few. Also, on the corners they installed they only put one screw in each."

"Excellent! They helped me choose light fixtures for my home. Then they ordered them for me. Then they came and installed them. Very professional and easy to work with."

"Snelling did a very good job installing my fans."

"Simply put, Scott does electrical amazing work. Not only was he fast, his work was precise and cleanly executed. Showed exceptional electrical knowledge (as expected) and was very thorough in pricing, in the work. Saved me quite a bit of money for DIY suggestions too. Even went as far to replace a broken switch during a Bathroom lighting install! My wife and I plan on hiring again no questions asked."

"Fabulous! Andrew was prompt, professional, courteous, kind, explained things so that I could understand clearly what the problems were. He made a few suggestions and offered a few options for consideration. He tidied the work areas thoroughly upon completion of the projects. I can't say enough good things about this electrician and the service call and company. Bravo!
